These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pro IPTV Player application (also referred to as "Pro IPTV," "app," "we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Pro IPTV Player, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the app.

1. About Pro IPTV Player

Pro IPTV Player is a media player only. It allows you to add and use your own media sources, including but not limited to:

Pro IPTV Player is designed solely as a technical playback and browsing tool for user-provided sources.

Pro IPTV Player does not provide, create, host, sell, resell, distribute, curate, or supply any channels, playlists, subscriptions, accounts, portals, servers, or media content.

2. Eligibility

You may use Pro IPTV Player only if you are legally permitted to do so under applicable law.

If you are using the app on behalf of an organization or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. User responsibility for content and sources

You are solely responsible for all sources, streams, playlists, credentials, portals, accounts, servers, metadata, and media that you add to or access through Pro IPTV Player.

You agree that you will use the app only with content and services that you are legally authorized to access.

You must not use Pro IPTV Player to access, stream, distribute, or facilitate access to content in a way that infringes copyright, violates contractual restrictions, or otherwise breaches applicable law.

We do not verify whether any playlist, server, portal, stream, account, subscription, or media source used with the app is lawful.

4. No affiliation with content providers

Pro IPTV Player is independent from any IPTV provider, broadcaster, streaming platform, channel operator, content owner, Xtream Codes provider, playlist provider, or Stalker / Ministra portal operator.

Use of third-party names, technologies, protocols, or source types in the app is for technical compatibility and descriptive purposes only and does not imply affiliation, partnership, endorsement, sponsorship, or authorization by or with any third party.

Any metadata, logos, posters, thumbnails, or guide data displayed in the app originates from the third-party sources selected and connected by the user, not from us.

5. No content provided by us

The app does not contain or bundle media content, channels, or subscriptions.

We do not supply any streaming service, playlist access, live TV package, VOD catalog, or media library.

The app does not include any content discovery features, provider directories, recommended sources, trending portals, shared playlists, or featured content services.

Any content that appears in the app is obtained from sources selected and provided by you.

6. License to use the app

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use Pro IPTV Player for personal or internal lawful use on supported devices.

This license does not transfer any ownership rights in the app or its software.

Pro IPTV Player displays advertising across supported platforms, including iPhone, iPad, Android mobile, Apple TV, Android TV, and Windows. The advertising format, frequency, technology, and consent flow may vary by platform, jurisdiction, build, and remote configuration.

Advertising may include interstitial ads, video pre-roll ads, video post-roll ads, or other formats depending on the platform.

Where required by law, advertising may be subject to privacy or consent choices presented in the app.

We do not guarantee the continued availability, absence, or specific behavior of advertising in any version of the app.

11. Updates and changes

We may release updates, patches, bug fixes, compatibility improvements, security updates, and feature changes from time to time.

Some updates may be required for continued use of all or part of the app.

We are not obligated to maintain any specific feature, platform, integration, or source compatibility indefinitely.

12. Network access and compatibility

Use of the app requires compatible hardware, operating system support, and internet or network access for most playback and source functions.

Some providers or streams may require HTTP, HTTPS, authentication credentials, specific codecs, specific playback libraries, or region-specific access.

We do not guarantee that every source, playlist, format, provider, or stream will work properly at all times.

13. Device security and credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any credentials, URLs, passwords, MAC addresses, account information, or playlists stored in or used with the app.

If another person gains access to your device or locally stored source credentials, they may be able to access your configured media sources.

Your use of the app is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

15. Intellectual property

The app, including its software, design, interface elements, branding, text, graphics, and original code, is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws.

Except for the limited license granted in these Terms, no rights are granted to you.

All third-party names, trademarks, logos, and content remain the property of their respective owners.

Any screenshots, promotional materials, or app store graphics published by us may contain simulated or illustrative content for demonstration purposes only. Such materials do not imply the availability, endorsement, or licensing of any specific channel, service, brand, or media content.

16. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pro IPTV Player is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the app, including any warranty of:

We do not warrant that third-party services used with the app will remain available, lawful, secure, or unchanged.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, business opportunities, or use, arising out of or related to:

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app or some of its functionality, to the extent technically and legally possible, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if continued provision is no longer feasible.

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it and deleting locally stored data.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, and governing law.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the app, except where additional platform-specific terms apply.

25. Platform-specific terms

If you download or use the app through Apple, Google, Microsoft, or another app marketplace, your use may also be subject to that platform's applicable terms, conditions, and policies.

Those platform providers are not responsible for the app itself except as required under their own terms and applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we do, we will revise the effective date above.

Your continued use of the app after the updated Terms become effective means you agree to the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
